奧氏體不銹鋼的焊接技術注意點
應該注意的問題有:
(1)焊前預熱及焊后熱處理的選擇只有在采用同質焊接材料焊接較高vC+Nw含量的高烙鐵素體不銹鋼母材的情況下才有低溫預熱的必要性,高純度的鐵素體不銹鋼可以不預熱。
(2)焊接材料選擇。一般來說,采用奧氏體焊接材料。才能保證焊縫具有較高的韌性;如果要求焊縫的顏色與母材顏色相同或接近,則可采用專門的鐵素體焊接材料。
(3)475℃脆化問題。475℃脆性是鐵素體不銹鋼不可回避的主要問題之一。為了減小475℃脆性,無論是母材還是焊縫金屬都應該是最大限度的提高純度,并盡量避開430-485℃之間的加熱,或者盡量縮短在此溫度區間的停留時間。
Attention Points in Welding Technology of Austenitic Stainless Steel
The following points should be noted:
(1) The selection of preheating before welding and post-welding heat treatment is necessary only when homogeneous welding materials are used to weld high vC+Nw content high soldering ferritic stainless steel base material. High purity ferritic stainless steel can not be preheated.
(2) Selection of welding materials. Generally speaking, austenitic welding material is used. Only in this way can high toughness be ensured; if the color of the weld is required to be the same or close to that of the base metal, special ferrite welding material can be used.
(3) embrittlement at 475 C. Brittleness at 475 (?) C is one of the main problems of ferritic stainless steel. In order to reduce the brittleness of 475 C, both base metal and weld metal should maximize the purity, avoid heating between 430 and 485 C, or shorten the residence time in this temperature range as far as possible.
